Microsoft has begun the auto-migration of legacy commercial CSP subscriptions from Jan 11, with the auto-migration of legacy CSP Edu/NFP subscriptions set to follow from July 1, 2024.
By default, all migrated subscriptions will be on an NCE annual commit term with the same billing frequency and have a 7-day window for adjustments or cancellations post Microsoft's auto-migration. No cancellation or reduction of license quantity is allowed after the 7-day cancellation window.
